Originating as a pop-up concept, Onda fast became one of Manchester’s most anticipated openings of 2024.
 
Fresh pasta and pizza is prepared on-site daily, with guests able to take a seat at the pasta bench and fully immerse themselves in the process. The space is intimate yet impressive, while the menu is refined and flavourful.
