Gooey is an innovative bakehouse concept launched in the summer of 2019. The must-have, trendsetting, queue-for-ages days are still here and the kiosks sell out regularly.

The cookies, donuts, monthly specials and soft serve ice-cream are served from satellite kiosks in high footfall locations in and around Manchester and Liverpool.

The team are currently working on patisserie/ viennoiserie to expand the range and cement the brand as a leading UK bakehouse.
